Yoga Classes
The classes follow the fringe.method, a style of yoga based on the four elements, Earth, Water, Fire and Air.
Fringe.yoga is a dynamic vinyasa flow balanced with therapeutic Yin, linking breath to movement.
Practicing yoga that incorporates the four elemental themes of earth, water, fire, and air can enhance physical and mental well-being by fostering a deeper connection to nature and oneself. Earth promotes stability and grounding, helping to cultivate strength and balance; water encourages flow and adaptability, enhancing emotional resilience; fire ignites transformation and motivation, stimulating passion and energy; while air emphasises breath control and mindfulness, promoting clarity and calmness. Together, these elements can lead to a holistic approach that nurtures inner peace, boosts vitality, and encourages personal growth.
