UK Shipping

We aim to post all Candles within 3-4 working days from the date of the order. Parcels are posted 2nd class delivery as standard and cost £4.

Postal Packaging

Our postage packaging is 100% recyclable. Our boxes and tape are made from paper or card and recyclable materials. Our boxes are filled with biodegradable cornstarch.

International Shipping

We do not currently post internationally, we are aiming to offer MYWILDE globally in due course.

Returns

14 Days to Return

Please send the candle back to us unopened and in the original packaging within 14 days of the date you received it. You will be refunded as soon as we have received the candle back. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund the post and packaging cost unless the product is faulty.
